- Adult physicals for employment, college, etc. are available for a $45.00 fee.
- Any other services such as urine drug screen, TB skin test, Hepatitis B vaccine, MMR vaccine, etc, are available for an additional fee.
- Child physicals for school or daycare are available for a $45.00 fee.
- All childhood immunizations required by the school system are free for children.
- We do not provide sports physicals for school age children. These must be obtained by your primary care physician.
